Payment Policy

All insurance copayments and deductibles are due at the time of service. For non-covered procedures and for patients who do not have medical insurance, full payment is required at time of admittance. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and personal checks are accepted.

Please note: You will be billed separately for your surgeon’s services and the services of the anesthesiologist.
